Anne Burrell
Anne W. Burrell, an American TV chef, and former Institute of Culinary Education instructor and a TV presenter. Burrell hosts Food Network's Secrets of a Restaurant Chef along with being the co-host of Worst Cooks in America. Anne Burrell's Food Network show Secrets of a Restaurant chef and her signature sparkling blonde locks, and her bubbly up personality, provides basic techniques anyone can be able to master. Chef Burrell has worked in top New York restaurants and studied Italian food traditions and surroundings. She also competed on Food Network's Iron Chef America. When she was a kid in Upstate New York Chef Burrell was fascinated by food. After receiving an English and Communications degree at Canisius College in Buffalo NY she became interested in the business of restaurant by enroling into The Culinary Institute of America. I loved every minute that I was a student at The Culinary Institute of America she says. It was difficult to master about, practice or do all the things I did. Following graduation, Burrell worked at La Bottega del 30 in Tuscany as well as La Taverna del Lupo (in Umbria) while attending in the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners. Her time spent in Italy helped her to understand and appreciate Italian philosophy and culture, and has made an impression on her eating habits. Burrell has served on the Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board which brightens the lives of kids who face obstacles and is also a Juvenile diabetes research foundation Celebrity Ambassador. she promotes juvenile diabetes awareness. As a keynote speaker and mentor, she travels all over the United States to discuss her love for cooking and career. Anne often has mentioned throughout her culinary career she's extremely fortunate to be able impart to others what's essential for her.
